Jazz Semiconductor requires a mutual Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) between potential partners before sharing proprietary information. A Design Kit Evaluation Agreement (DKEA) is required to enable access to technology specific Jazz Design Kits. Both the NDA and DKEA agreements are avaialble for download below.

Instructions: Please print two (2) copies of each document, sign all originals, and mail them to Jazz Semiconductor. If you would like to speed up the process, you can also fax a signed copy to Jazz, but you will still need to mail both sets of original signed documents to complete the process. Once Jazz has received the documents, Jazz will countersign all documents and mail back one original of each fully executed document.
