Jazz Semiconductor’s eBizz website is a valuable
resource for customers who need access to the latest Jazz
documentation and customer forms, as well as providing access
to customer lot status and WIP information. The eBizz website
is divided into three major sections: File Exchange,
Manufacturing (WIP) Status and HelpTicket.
File Exchange
The File Exchange portion of Jazz Semiconductor's eBizz website
allows customers to search, view and download technical documents
and design libraries. In addition, File Exchange allows customers
to securely transmit design data and other supporting files
to Jazz.

Technology Documents: Access
Jazz Semiconductor’s technology-specific documentation.
Subscriptions: A subscription feature is
provided to alert users when key documents or design libraries are updated.
Customer File Management:
Transmit files securely
to Jazz via the https server. Manage (edit/revise/delete) previously
uploaded files.
Manufacturing Status
The Order and Manufacturing Status section of the Jazz eBizz site
allows customers to view their purchase order activities, including
pending and committed orders, as well as the status of their wafers
at various stages of the manufacturing process and shipment information.
Access to this portion of the website must be coordinated through
your Sales Account Manager.
WIP Query: Locate scheduled/running/completed products
and display current status. Queried results may be easily imported into Excel.
Part Summary: Provides a quick overview of
where a specified part is in the supply chain.
Order Summary: Search WIP via purchase
order numbers.
Reports: reports are available on
shipment status, supply status and engineering product activity.
HelpTicket
The HelpTicket section of Jazz Semiconductor’s eBizz website provides
a vehicle for customers of Jazz to identify, track and resolve issues throughout
the design and manufacturing process.
Create HelpTicket: Users
can create HelpTickets in response to a request for information,
or to require attention for a particular issue. Subsequent status
notifications via email are provided to the ticket initiator.
View Tickets: Users can
track the status of open tickets,
or review past closed tickets.
