Overview
Jazz Semiconductor offers wafer foundry services providing radio frequency (RF) and mixed-signal (MS) process technologies for wireless communications, optical networking and other high-performance applications. The company's rich heritage in analog and RF integrated circuits (ICs) manufacturing has evolved into a strong position in silicon germanium (SiGe) bipolar complementary metal-oxide semiconductor (BiCMOS), silicon BiCMOS, digital CMOS, analog CMOS and RF CMOS technologies.

The Jazz BCD (Bipolar CMOS DMOS) processes offer 0.5µm to 0.18µm CMOS density and a combination of bipolar NPN and PNP devices, as well as high voltage CMOS and DMOS FETs for use in complex power management chips including portable power management, power control for PC products, DVD motor controllers, DVD drivers, driver ICs, gate drivers, battery Class-D amplifiers, and many other consumer, communications and computing applications.

These advanced processes and design tools are setting the standard for IC foundry services. All of these process technologies are manufactured on 200-millimeter wafers in our world-class fabrication facility (ISO9001, ISO14001, and BS7799 certifications).
