
Jazz Semiconductor offers the following analog RFCMOS processes
in 0.25-micron and 0.18-micron technologies:
0.25µm Mixed Signal CMOS
A foundry-standard 0.25-micron process with aggressive design rules
providing an efficient low-cost CMOS platform. This process comes standard
with 3.3 volt CMOS, vertical PNP, MIM capacitors, poly and nwell
resistors, four layers of metal, and the option
of an additional high voltage CMOS transistor with a source-drain
breakdown of 12 volts.
0.25µm RFCMOS
An advanced 0.25-micron mixed signal analog CMOS technology that enables
integration of less demanding RF circuit blocks with multi-million
gate digital CMOS logic functions to create system-on-a-chip solutions.
This process comes standard with 3.3 volt CMOS, vertical PNP, MIM capacitors,
poly and nwell resistors, inductors, four layers of metal, a thick top-metal, and an optional varactor.
0.18µm Mixed Signal CMOS
A foundry-standard 0.18-micron CMOS offering available in a digital
CMOS process or in a mixed signal process with MIM cap and poly resistors.
This process leverages advanced analog modeling capability to provide a quick
time-to-market with optimal product yields. This process comes standard with
1.8 and 3.3 volt CMOS, lateral and vertical PNP, poly and nwell resistors,
four layers of metal, and an optional MIM capacitor.
0.18µm RFCMOS
An advanced 0.18-micron radio frequency CMOS offering that consists of a sub-set
of SBC18HX features, this process leverages a mixed signal CMOS technology
and robust RF modeling capability. This enables integration of less
demanding RF circuit blocks with multi-million gate CMOS logic functions
to create system-on-a-chip solutions. This process comes standard with 1.8
and 3.3 volt CMOS, lateral and vertical PNP, MIM capacitors, varactors,
poly and nwell resistors, high-Q inductors, five layers of metal,
and a thick top metal.
