TowerJazz offers fab capacity on three continents. To provide world-class customer service, the Company maintains two manufacturing facilities (6” and 8”) in Israel, an 8” fab in the U.S., and has access to additional capacity in China through manufacturing partnerships.

In addition to digital CMOS process technology, TowerJazz offers specialty CMOS processes with geometries ranging from 1.0- to 0.13-micron, including: SiGe, BiCMOS, Mixed-Signal & RF-CMOS, CMOS Image Sensor (CIS), Power Management (BCD), and Non-Volatile Memory (NVM) as well as MEMS capabilities.
